region, districts and training centers with contact information

Region, districts and training centers with contact information are available now in the organization view. Figure 1 shows an organization with the new data provided. To view the contact information use the icons on the right.

Add/Edit Region, district and training centers

You can simply edit the region, the district and training center of an organization. Use the edit button shown in figure 1. Next you will see the organization form like in figure 2. Select the region, distirct and training center via the red marked combo boxes and then click the save button.

Add/Edit districts and regions information

1. You have to select the Region Overview in Maindata.
2. Next you will see all regions for the selected market.
3. (optinal) create a new region.
4. Here you can specify the contact information for the region. Here you can add a person or a mail address.
Use the icon to change the contact person.
In the textfield you can enter a email address.
With the button on the right you add the information to the region.
5. Here you can edit or add districts to the selected region.
6. (optional) create a new district for this region.
7. Specify the contact information for the district like in point 4.
