What are functions?

Functions can be assigned to a person. Functions are more meaningful and specific than the previously used Job Roles. A person can have multiple functions. Functions can be assigned for a specific date range, and various levels. Functions also replace the flags Manager, Trainer and Technician. |
Create/edit/view functions
In the menu Maindata you will find the point Function Overview. Here all functions for the selected market are listed. To edit a function use the buttons on the right hand side of the function list. Use the "new" button (marked with the red arrow in the image above) to create a new function. The function form opens (see below). After filling the form use the save button to save the new function or you can use the "overview" button to go to the listed functions without saving.
Assign functions to a person
Select a person and open the functions tab as shown in the picture above.
Here you can edit or remove assigned functions from the selected person.
As displayed in the picture above the function, the level, and the from date has to be selected here.
