Mapping Users between eTAS and MUM

To access eTAS throught the Mazda Portal via Single Sign On functionality, there has to be a mapping of the users in the eTAS and MUM database. To access eTAS please see the following screenshot:

If you access eTAS out of the Mazda Portal the first time, you will see the the screen below. You have to do the following steps:

• Enter the eTAS username/password so that the eTAS system can identify you - it is absolutely important that you use the credentials of the user you used in the Mazda Portal (otherwise the mapping is wrong) (if you logged into the portal with Frank Maier, use also the eTAS credentials of Frank Maier)
• If you do not have the eTAS username/password of eTAS use the "request user account" or "password forgotter" function to retrieve them - after you get them authenticate yourself once
• this mapping is necessary only once - after the mapping you can access eTAS through the Mazda Portal via Single Sign On (no additional username/password request)
